Before contacting support, please try these steps:

1. Temporarily disable your VPN if you're using one
2. Try from mobile data instead of your home/work network
3. Check for security software (antivirus, firewall, browser extensions) that may be blocking the connection

These network-related issues are the most common cause of authorization failures. eBay's authorization system can be sensitive to VPNs and certain network configurations.

Other possible causes:

• You refreshed/reloaded your browser page during authorization.
• You clicked "Decline" on the eBay authorization screen.
• You clicked the BACK button on your browser.
• You have cookies disabled or are blocking cookies for *.bidslammer.com.
• You have an ad blocker enabled that needs to whitelist our site.
